Ultrafiltration

The cleaning process is simple. The finished emulsion is pumped through a double-walled pipe. The water passes through the inner pipe and is collected separately, leaving the concentrate behind. This process is called ultrafiltration because it is accurate to 0.1 micrometer.

With the right adjustment of chemistry, temperature, pressure and climate, 2 to 3,000 litres of emulsion are processed per machine every hour.

The entire process can be controlled remotely by computer. The machines run 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
